Debbie Nessim
Debbie began selling real estate over 10 years ago. In that period, she pushed herself to excel further, and expand her knowledge and certifications within this industry. She is a licensed New Jersey real estate broker. Debbie has gone the extra mile to educate herself and in turn loves to share her knowledge with her clients.
Debbie is acutely aware of the busy lives her clients lead, and she makes it her mission to remove stress from the transaction process. She left her fast-paced, successful career in pharmaceutical advertising to pursue real estate after enduring a contentious relationship with the agent she worked with when buying her first home. The agent was argumentative and tried to push Debbie to make decisions that were great for the realtor, but hardly wonderful for her. From that moment, Debbie made it her mission to put her customers’ needs first and to create a fun and streamlined process for everyone she works with.
When she’s not helping you buy or sell your home, Debbie is a dedicated community member, mother and wife.
Dahlia Moyal
Dahlia Moyal is an experienced professional with years of experience and a keen knowledge of the latest real estate market trends. David Tibbetts
After 10 years in the Information Technology industry, Dave Tibbetts decided to pursue his real estate hobby as a career and has never looked back. He remained in New Jersey after graduating with a BA from Seton Hall University and currently resides in East Brunswick with his wife and adorable daughter and handsome son. His technology expertise continues to be a huge asset for him and his clients. He is perhaps best known for having a big heart and always willing to help anyone at any time which makes him an asset to the team.

Dottie Winhold
Dottie is a highly experienced real estate professional dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all her clients. Just two years after graduating from Douglass College, Dottie founded Winhold Realty. In 1988, her company became the first Prudential Real Estate affiliate in Central New Jersey, specializing in relocating young professionals in Metuchen and Edison.
Winhold continued to grow its reputation as the go-to team for relocation and, after years of managing the office and coaching agents, Dottie found herself ready to return to what she loved most: helping friends (and clients who become friends) find the perfect home. For that very reason, she joined RE/MAX Competitive Edge.
The most recent chapter in Dottie’s illustrious career includes combining forces with Debbie Nessim and her team. She takes pride in the relationships she builds with clients because she understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction – it is a life-changing experience.
