Jim Jordan
Jim Jordan, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, New York and Florida started his appraisal career in 1988. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds IFA and ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers. A Title Officer since 1992, Jim also holds title insurance licenses in New Jersey and 12 additional east coast states. Jim is the President and Chief Appraiser of The Jordan Real Estate Group and President of Quality Title and Abstract Agency, which have served the real estate, lending and legal community for over 40 years. Jim is a resident of Monmouth County and a member of the Collateral Risk Network which is an appraisal industry association of Chief Appraisers around the country.
